EVENT DESIGN

It is important to understand that planning events is different than “event design”.   Planning attends to the logistical details required to deliver an event.  Event Design is the “blueprint” which ensures an event is a vital communication and strategic tool for an organization.

A clear and concise plan so the organization can effectively execute the event design.  Outlining clearly the critical success factors, measurement tools, and implementation plan.
